[COL] Can't grill salmon/raspberry pie with Simple Living active

Yes, I am experiencing it now.

I'm unable to grill salmon with Simple Living on my lot. I have all the required ingredients but it is greyed out and says I have no salmon. It doesn't work if I store it in my fridge or inventory. If I turn off simple living, it says i have 1 salmon required to make it and only costs 3 simoleons to make.

My sim is living on a lot with the 'simple living' lot trait. She has raspberries and the other required ingredients in her inventory, still she can't cook a raspberry pie. When I put raspberry jam in her inventory, she can make it. The recipe states that it needs either raspberries or raspberry jam. Checked this for blueberry pie, but that one works with both blueberries and blueberry jam.

Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title

This is still an ongoing issue in 2026. If Simple Living trait is active on lot, the recipe is greyed out despite having ingredients available. (Says no salmon available). Works on grills without the lot trait.

I am also having the same problem.

I don't have simply living on and can't cook anything everything is greyed out, until I get ingredients. My sims can cook without the ingredients on their own.

I've looked into the script files and found the issues.

So @EA, this information is for you. Should be an easy fix.

Grilled Salmon: In the recipe tuning (recipe_Food_Homestyle_Grill_Salmon-Large), in the ingredient list of the ingredient_cost_only_ingredients section, it lists 83716<!--collectFishDisplayMedium_GENsalmon (Salmon)--> instead of 45218<!--collectFishLargeGENSalmon_01 (Salmon)-->

Raspberry Pie: the issue is not in the pie but in the raspberry ingredient. In the object catalog, the tag 'Func_Ingredient_Raspberry' is missing.

Added the files with the fixes if anyone is interested.
