I'm having issues with a couple of recipes using the trait. I have tried it in several families/ saves and still cannot make these recipes, but I can't find any similar topic when searching here, so I'm wondering if something is wrong with my game.
When I have the Simple Living trait active I cannot grill salmon on the grill. If I have the salmon in the sims inventory, in the fridge, more than needed etc, it does not matter. The dish is still greyed out and says 0/2 salmon, even though I have several.
The same issue is for raspberry, I cannot cook the raspberry pie in the homestyle cooking section with just the berries, I have to make the jam to be able to make the recipe. If I have raspberries in my sims inventory or in the fridge, the recipe is still greyed out.
I play on PC with no mods or CC and my game is updated. I reset the folder (removed to generate a new one) a few weeks ago as well. But I have noticed more bugs since I bought Horse Ranch and For Rent, though I do think I might have had this issue even before that.
Have anyone else come across this issue?
