Hi, I have searched, and I can only find one of Agnes and one of Agatha. I don't know
if it makes a difference, but they both appear to have household names that are not their surname. I have neighbourhood stories turned off.
The save I am playing in is a base save I have updated myself, so all my save files are based on the same starter save, if that makes sense. All the other versions of my save I have tried have a functional garden shop, as does the brand-new save I just started to test. My hunch is that it may be to do with living in the neighbourhood so I may test moving my sims elsewhere to test that theory. I will report back on that one.
I don't think those Sims are properly recognized as Agatha or Agnes. They are probably just clones without the role.
If you look at the role board in the neighborhood do they show up ?
Ah good idea, Agnes is loaded correctly, but Agatha's picture appears but not her name.
