I am on a Mac... for Week 3 The Setback, I had completed the tasks yesterday, saved and exited. I reloaded the save today, and had the items to claim, but the tasks were reset.

So I am going to try and break a computer and repair it, but I'm not really sure why the tasks reset. I didn't notice this with previous events, but it has happened a couple of times with this one, especially if I change households in the same play session.
