The grammar in this Nordhaven Noise is wonky. The idiom is "relied on", not "relied on to", and when referring to a company/store, "the" is not added before the name (unless it is part of the name, but the establishment is Terra Potta, not The Terra Potta.) It should read "relied on Terra Potta".
