In the Professor branch of the Education career, one of the possible work tasks is "Practice Lecture." This is the tooltip for the task:
I went to find a sim to practice on and looked at every menu under Friendly, and didn't find it anywhere.
Then I remembered from the last time I did this career (it's been a while) that there's a "Practice Lecture" option on mirrors, and sure enough that was what gave me credit for the work task.
