Yeah, you're one person trying to wrangle a forum, the Discord and every single community member, while I'm assuming having a full time job to pay the bills. It's honestly incredible how you're able to manage everything. If you need help, please feel free to DM me. Though I get that bringing someone up to speed to help is another thing to add to the list!
I think having a section for all r-rentals is a good idea. Honestly, it seems like it might fit nicely in the collection list the way you've put it there.
I agree that the top 25 will not be that helpful, because of the fact that it's picking up the most votes without any dynamics to it. If there was a way to have a dynamic live list at the top to make sure the most recent popular reports are constantly highlighted, that might reduced duplicates? I'm just throwing spaghetti at the wall right now!

Fortunately that I'm in the comfortable situation to not have to have a full time job (at least not anymore) so that helps with things.
The top 25 is a tricky thing but I guess it could be done if most votes on the top level would only pick up from some statuses and not all.
