Computer Lock Fails — Visiting Sims Can Still Use It

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

I am having a similar issue. I have no mods or CC. I will select the option to lock the computer for everyone but one Sim and the rest of the household will still get on. Relatively new issue for me, wasn't an issue until this month, so possibly due to recent updates or packs I just bought. 

Yes can confirm bug exists

I consistently lock the household computers so only household sims can use them. However, when visitors are on lot and the focus sim leaves then returns to the lot, the computer is always in use by a visitor. The lock on the computer should be effective when the household is off-lot.
