Constant visitors (non-fairy)

There are a lot of NPCs knocking on my door even though I don't have any land traits for that. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

could you provide some more info for this ?

I tried without mod, I still have this bug, I play on EA, this bug is there in different worlds, and most of the time I don't have lot trait
