Copying category to other outfits not working (Makeup/Accessory)

Been having this problem ever since the latest update in two different save files. The first save was modded in the past but I've had mods disabled since the Blast from the Past event on February 4...

I'm also having this issue. I noticed it after the Blast from the Past event, and it is such a nuisance because it takes much more time to get the makeup transferred. Please fix this!
