Crashing Loading Screen

I have been trying to load the Sims 4 since yesterday afternoon so i use the EA app to load the game but then it gets all the way to the loading screen & the plumbob is spinning & next thing you know the game crashes. Here is the error message:  I updated early morning so game was fine then all of a sudden it closed out on me & i have been trying to load it since 2pm yesterday. I have no mods or cc included in this folder & its still crashes. I repaired the game. Cleaned up the folders & still same issue please help ! :(
