Cured Vampire Freezes to death (with Ice Proof, not freezing weather)

After curing a Vampire Sim, and loading into a new location (or after starting the game), the sim gets immediately a +99 freezing moodled and is freezing to death;  no matter the temperature, no matter the clothes, no matter sim has ice proof.

only way to keep sim alive is with a mod which allows to remove that moodled.
The sim then not getting any freezing moodleds again, till loading into another location (or when saving and starting the game again)
