Gallery showing no content in all areas

The loading time takes too long and when it’s over ,no results show up.
I have no problems with my internet connection.
Everytime I've tried to search anything in the gallery (as of 7:00PM today) it shows no results and all my saved households/creation are also gone? Is anyone else having this issue?
I'm having the same issue, my library still works but not the gallery 😭
Well, you are not alone on this one.. i think its just some kind of error on whole game, prolly gon be back soon.

That's so annoying! I hope it works for ya... have you tried restarting the device you're using or checking the mods/CC (if you have any) for updates? The best app that I recommend is The Mod Manager app, it's free and it shows how to use it step-by-step. you can even update the mods through the app itself too, I hope this was helpful?
