I'm using a PC and since the last update the cursor won't change on the right sided items or let you click items in the right half side in build mode. It also won't let you scroll the build mode either. In live mode, the cursor won't change in inventory which means you can't access anything in there either. I'm not using any CC or mods.
Ideas
You can change the curser in Game Options under auto-scaling. This lets the page match to your screen. You might have to play with it some to match your screen so you can fit all in. I have a pop-up now, since the last update, to turn auto-scaling off but when I do everything gets too small for me to read as I have a large TV I play it on hooked up to my pc. Hope this helps? I do not work for EA.
