One of my child sims died by freezing. Grim came, I got a tombstone. It's in the adult sim's inventory. Next day, other child sim asks to invite the dead child sim over after school. I checked the family tree and he still shows as alive. He also shows as alive in the relationship panel. Everyone's relationship to him is the same before he died. I've never seen a glitch like this before.
I only have MCCC and a mod that expands the amount of guests I can invite to events. I play on PC. Other than this I haven't had issues since L&D.
