[NCQE] Did not receive Collectible Plaque

Despite completing this collection for the Nature's Calling event, I did not receive the reward plaque by mail. I even went to a different household, had that Sim complete the "Touch Grass Weekly" Collection, but even after waiting an in-game week, neither Sim that I played with received the Collection Plaque. I do not have any mods.

My current fix was to just get a copy of the plaque from the gallery. It's a bit of a bummer that I didn't get the plaque normally though. I hope this bug gets fixed for future events.

    Thank you for reporting this! I had the same issue and worry that I did something wrong for my household. But after I test the new family, it's still the same.

    I tried another collection, such as a milk carton, then the plaque can be delivered the next day. So, I think it's not alright for the Touch Grass set.

    I don't know how some people can get the plaque and upload it to the gallery. Or is it from a debug item? It's so frustrating if this issue happens randomly because they may never fix it for minor people.

    For now, I will do the method mentioned in the main post, saving from the gallery.
