Digital frame inventory not working on community lots

Since the last update I can no longer add or remove images into a digital frame that is placed on a community lot, it is only working on residential logs. I know there is a drag and drop bug but will...

- Are you using any mods/cc in your game and if so, did you test without them ?

    I tested my game with all mods and cc removed then repaired my game but the problem ensued.
