Whenever I visit any restaurant, no chef or hosts are present, so I can't sit at a table or order any food or drink. The fame setting in options isn't checked.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- If you don't, did you never have any or remove them ?
- Did you test multiple restaurants ?
- Did you test multiple saves ?
- Are they stuck outside somewhere or just nowhere around ?
- Does it work if you own the restaurant ?
- How many stations do you have ? Does it make a difference if you add more ?
