Downloaded cats and dogs and not showing up in my game.

I downloaded cats and dogs, after it finished downloading I went and logged into my game and the content is not in my game ( build mode, character creater, and World) the world is basically there but when I click on it it says " content not installed wait till its installed" It has been more than a week and still not so called installed.
