So this post seems to have been made 6 months ago - but I am still having the same issue in my game. I tried disabling all my mods, but no change. My sim goes to University class and "Takes Notes", is generally well-prepared with both mood and homework, a regular Hermione Granger, but still gives me the "has done minimum effort" notification. It really takes so much of the fun away from the University gameplay as you put in a lot of effort to try and get good grades as a student (I always enjoyed that it was a challenge).
Please can you fix this immediately? It used to work and now suddenly it doesn't. My Sims game playthrough really isn't fun without it.
