Hello! I just wanted to let you know that I am having this same exact issue. I have almost every single pack and kit etc and I play vanilla. My sim goes to class on time and attends, but does not take the final exam during the last day of class like she is supposed to, nor is there an option to click on my sim and select 'cheat on exam' while she is attending. My sim attended all her classes on time, did all her homework, and did all her presentations for every single class. When the last class is complete, it does not check off that she took the exam. She failed any class that requires her to take a final exam.

Also, the cheat to complete the university term completely/immediately does nothing.

Also, I tested this on 2 sims now. One majoring in history, the other drama. One lives in a dorm lot, the other on a residential lot. As long as the class requires a final exam, they fail. No way around it.
