Experiencing this issue since the latest update at least. My oldest save has the cafeteria worker walk off once school starts and not come back. I don't think my ThriftTea ever had a vendor show up at all. The second save is fine in terms of the high school cafeteria worker.
Only mods I have that affect the school are the more student mod and secondary cafeteria vendor mod by Ksuihuh. These are not causing it however, as removing them does nothing, and the second save works fine with them intact. I have tried buying fresh cafeteria vending stations and placing them, this did not work. Have tried deleting the bugged workers to see if that fixes things and no dice. Will have to create a pseudo home ec. area so my student can eat and not pack a sack lunch.
