I doubt that anyone will see this bug report since it is quite an old thread. I am not sure if I should create a new one. However, I will say that I encountered the same error many months ago and gave up playing with the high school then.
There is no cafeteria worker at the high school.
However, I have observed that the cafeteria worker is standing at the counter when your high school student arrives in the morning, but as the picture illustrates, she leaves immediately after, without being replaced by another cafeteria worker.
You cannot call a new one since there is apparently already one present. (There is not)
If the high school student stays at the school long enough, until after school is over. The cafeteria worker comes back in and starts serving the counter.
This is the issue I'm having. I watch her leave as the students are walking in, no way to send her back to her station at all. Resetting her does nothing but make her just stand in the middle of the school.
