Whenever my sim is going to the Foxbury commons lot, there are no other sims there except mine and the food vendor. There are other NPCs that walk by occasionally, but no one else visits the lot beside my sim

I tried to send one but no idea if I did it right. I would say send on in as well to see if they can fix anything.
I've sent saves for a couple of other bugs in the past and never got a response confirming they received the file or looked at it or anything
Yeah I've sent a save in the past and never got a response, it would be nice to just get a "received, thanks" which takes all of 3 seconds. Just so I know that it was helpful for the time we spend doing all this work outside of you know, actually playing :(

I've not played the univeristy part of the game for a little while (more than a year) but am currently on a second term with a new sim and have noticed this also. I have been trying to find her professors but can't find any anywhere, all suggestions online say go to the commons or occastionally the pub. No one other than the cafeteria worker turns up at the commons and although a couple of people turn up at the pub they are generally roomates that have tagged along.
