Can you let us know if you're using mods/cc in your game? Please remove them and test without them if you do, and choose a thread tag for either mods/cc removed if you tested without or never if you don't use any.
Also, is this only occurring with the specific outerwear-and-boot combination, or does it occur as long as the outerwear is on? Thanks!
