[DU] Sim skips class to go to job come home early, job performance increases

I had a sim with a full time job enter university, not really realizing how much the schedule would conflict. Mostly I used vacation days to go to class instead but when I ran out, I skipped class and sent the sim to work. When time for class rolled around however, the sim would come home from work as if it was the end of the day, fully controllable, but their portrait and job info both indicated they were still at work and they even got promotions while this was happening.

For what it's worth, I was doing the Stuck in their Shadow scenario.
