'Eat the first slice' doesn't complete the goal

During a wedding, from the regular events not the wedding events, "eat the first slice" interaction doesn't complete event's goal (on a wedding cake purchased by the computer; I don't know how it would be with a handmade cake). No mods or CC ever, PC player
