Glad to see this is under investigation, even if I got some of the details wrong. I swear to god, when digging into this, something WAS in there about an actual real cooldown, but like I said- it was confusing as all heck to look into and I don't feel it's my responsibility to sort it all out lol. glad someone's doing it though !
