Some of my sims children aged up today and when going into CAS they had gotten the scary fairy teeth. They used to have just regular teeth and are non-occult.

I keep having children age up to teens and getting Vampire teeth. It wouldn't be such a problem if we could change the teeth without using a cheat.
Playing on PC with minimal CC/Mods.
