I think the toilet fires after a regular full upgrade (minus the eco compost upgrade) have been a thing since ECO came out. Least that I noticed. I have to use a mod to prevent them because I like the moodlets from having everything upgraded. I don't have EBN yet so I know the toilet fires aren't from that.
