Shadow_Phant0m45 Hello! I checked on my PS5 and did not have this issue. All swatches, for both Female and Male infants, showed bottoms for the shoes.
Have you tried saving the household to see if it persists in Live mode? Perhaps it's just a glitch in CAS?
If the clipping does persist, it's possible there was an issue with the pack download on your system. You may wish to try these troubleshooting steps. I recommend doing these in order. Please come back and update if these worked or not.
Power cycle:
1. Exit the game (using the menus if you wish to save any progress)
2. Power down the system using the menus (instead of pressing the power button)
3. Wait for the light to stop flashing
4. Unplug the power source
5. Wait at least 30 seconds
6. Reconnect the power source
7. Turn the system on
8. Launch the game
9. Check your save again to see if the shoes are still clipping
Restore licenses:
1. Make sure no games or apps are running and from the main PS5 menu, go to Settings
2. Select Users and Accounts
3. Select Other
4. Select Restore Licenses
5. Select The Sims 4
6. Select Restore
7. After receiving the "restored" message, launch the game
8. Check your save to see if the shoes are still clipping
Delete and Reinstall (Note: last resort as this may take some time to complete, depending on your internet speed):
1. With the game closed, highlight the game in your Home menu or in your Game Library
2. Press the three-line Options button on your controller
3. Select Delete (Note: this only removes the game files, your saves are stored separately)
4. After the game is removed, go to your Game Library->Your Collection
5. Highlight TS4
6. Press the Options button
7. Select Download
8. Select Install (Note: all packs will be automatically checked for installation)
9. After the installation is complete, launch the game
10. Check your save to see if the shoes are still clipping
