[EBN] Items constantly breaking due to fairy toddler

The plumbing and appliances in my game are currently breaking every morning (around 4-5am) without the Gremlins lot trait.  I thought it might be because of an ailment or my sims being imbalanced, b...

The fairy toddler would be the culprit then. There's option with which you can teach the toddler to learn about their abilities (not sure what it's called). Only fairies can help.

I merged it with the main thread though.
