Normally, naturopaths who are working from home and who have full career performance bars get promoted at 5pm (or whenever their end of day would be, if going to work), but twice now I've had my naturopath sim, who went off lot on a date after completing her work from home task, had a full career performance bar, and was off her home lot at 5pm, not get promoted that day.
