[EBN] Pre-Made Fairies Randomizing Fairy Rank

I've noticed through several saves that the Pre-Made fairies aren't consistent with their Fairy Rank across my different saves. For example, Zhaleh Amani, the Mystical Fairy NPC, is often a Glimmering Fairy, but she sometimes spawns as a Faint Fairy or Radiant Fairy in my new saves. I've also noticed in some of my saves, Elric is able to cure my ailments on the first day, but in other saves, he says he doesn't have that ability.
