I think this is more of an oversight rather than an actual bug, but maybe I'm wrong so posting here.
Since Faeries and Vampires do not have bladder needs once they are full occults, I understand the option to summon the privy bush as being sort of silly. But children also can't, and they DO still have bladder needs.
This really needs to be adjusted/corrected so that children can still summon it and their occult state doesn't override things, because my gameplay did not include having a toilet on the lot until someone was able to craft the outhouse.
