The new Polo Top for Masculine Frames, that only has one button slotted in, and the rest is open. Causes a visual glitch with fingernails.
Typically on masc sims I at least give them base nails in neutral colors for their skin.
But this shirt specifically is causing the right thumb nail to physically float above the finger and off the hand.
