If a sim in the Civil Designer career gets the work at home task Acquire Eco Upgrade Part and already has one or more Eco Upgrade Parts in their inventory, the task is auto-completed rather than requiring them to obtain another part. It is also completed if another sim gifts them an Eco Upgrade Part, though the tooltip on the task specifies acquiring one from a fabricator.
