[ECO] Can't place Eco items on roof

Which items are you referring too ? Solar panels and such or generally something ?

All of them. I can’t really place anything there. I think the telescope works because it’s like the sleeping bag. (The sim can place from inventory)

I had no issue placing stuff but mine is not in modern development. 

Could you try on a new save if it works there for testing ?

i open a new save, cant place anything on roof still, did you do the right appartment? pinecrest apartments #402?

i will also add to my original save that my sim moved in while it was in the modern development and the appartment was pre bulldozed. 

xKristij The solar panels give me a message that they need to be outside. Could be an issue with the half-walls. Smaller items I have no issues. There's others that give all sort of error messages. Guess they just can't be placed cause of how the apartment was created. Doubt this is a bug

this apartment is a in game apartment that belongs to the ECO world. i can not change the apartment. can not build on it, can not bulldoze it. (it is not a self made apartment from for rent pack). what do you think is wrong here? The eco game kinda demands that i have to put eco stuff on there to do the achivements that belongs in ECO pack

I don't think anything is wrong. That's how apartments work. You can't do much to them.

Maxis will need to make a call if it's a bug or not.
