[ECO] Drinks gives fizz moodlets/Infected Walk

Pretty much says it all in the title. Drinking nectar gives random fizz moodlets like suspicious fizz ect.

When I saw it in my game for the first time I got quite the jumpscare lol. I thought another sim had spiked my sim's drink and I was like, hey, I don't have any mods, esp not any adult ones lol

Sims will not receive Fizzy Moodlets from drinking crafted Nectar drinks.

Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
