I have one neighborhood that has its eco footprint stuck. I have removed everything from the lots and it still shows gas clouds around the neighborhood, but if I click on the footprint icon it says the footprint is neutral for that neighborhood. However each lot has the little green icon. (Screenshots attached)
I dont want to disable the Eco Lifestyle pack since I use it a lot.

do you only see the gas clouds on the map or does it also look industrial in live mode ?
Could you add some pics for that too ?
Del Sol Valley has an issue with the footprint starting out as industrial and if you play the lots of this issue, I think the clouds appear on the map but I'm unsure on the effects in live mode
are you still having issues with this ? Could you provide the info asked in my earlier post ?
