[ECO] Food out of dumpster not spoiled till out of sim inventory

This was not like this before. But now when a sim gets a food dish out of the dumpster it does not show its spoiled, just poor. As soon I take it out of sim inventory it is spoiled. I am playing on...

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

I took time out of my day and did all this, moved my mod folder, deleted localthumcash and repaired my game, went online, clicked to the advertisements, play tested and than had the same issue. Sometimes the dishes was ok, but most dishes out of the dumpster had the same problem.
