[ECO] Footprint: Notifications/Changes despite turned off option

I have been dealing with this bug for over a year. Basically, regardless if Eco Footprint Gameplay and NPC Voting gameplay is turned on or off, I will still get notifications of the Eco Footprint cha...

    Hi there. This is both about the notifications and the environment changing into the footprint the notification indicated. This sometimes happens regardless if I have Eco Footprint Gameplay toggled on or off.

      Is the footprint visible like on my pics or do you just see smog and such ?
