[ECO] Freelancer not being reminded to check gigs

My freelancer sim in the Crafter trade, after well over a game week of not doing a gig, hasn't been reminded to check gigs. I haven't played with other gig careers recently, so I don't know if this is affecting other freelancer trades or acting, but my memory is that after 2-3 days of not taking a gig, you'd get a reminder from the agency.

    I just finally got a reminder to check gigs in the household with a freelance crafter, but 1) It was the wrong sim (the one that got the reminder was in the City Planner career) and 2) the freelance crafter was currently working on a gig.
