[ECO] Hardly any Sims visiting Community Space

My Sims are using everything but not the required items. I also use LMS autoemployee to get my stall vendor back.  That's why a barista will be availble as well. I have some visitors but the are only performing woodworking, playing basketball, order food, but nothing eco lifestyle specific. 

Try disabling the lovestruck pack if you have it. (google "disable sims4 packs" and go to James Turners site, get the required startup command, paste it in startup) and check if sims are spawning properly again.

The lovestruck EP completely destroys NPC sim spawning.

My community spaces worked perfect until the last two patches. I'm not sure which one. But they definitely worked with the lovestruck pack. 

Interesting. What is the lot designated as?

The change is amusing in that I used to have my Sim try to use a Fabricator or a dumpster and they would be prevented by a non controlled Sim who had just entered the lot and obviously took priority. But that was preferable to no one using them.

I've also noticed that no one comes to garden in the community gardens and no one showed up to sell anything on the sales tables.

I don't even have Lovestruck and I have this bug.

Yeah, I updated to the latest version (lovestruck pack disabled) and I have this issue too. The maker space used to be full of sims, now there are only a few sims there. This is not working as it should, I'm quite sad about this actually, I liked visiting this space.

having the same issues, popped up with recent patches which is annoying since I just made a really cute community space lot for Ravenwood. Marketplace stalls unmanned, hardly anyone shows up unless it is couples who endlessly sky gaze.
