Has there been any news on this issue? It's going on 5 months that I have noticed this. I play on PS5 so cannot add any mods. I cannot play any community space, as no one shows up and retail does not work. Not much I can do with the packs I have purchased. I'm afraid buying and installing any new ones will completely break wtv I have working left. The 4 most recent packs are the only ones I am missing but won't purchase until my game is actually playable. No npc's visiting community spaces and retail not working is a game breaker to me.
Same! EBN is the first EP that I didn't buy and don't plan to buy due to this issue, the retail issue, and a few other bugs. An update would be nice.
