[ECO] Hardly any Sims visiting Community Space/No vendors

Brand new vanilla game. No mods. No CC. Created just to test to see if this was indeed fixed. 

NOT FIXED.

Improved, yes, but not fixed. Only had time to play a Makers Space.

Spent a few days there. The Role Sims are showing up, BUT the Lovestruck Couples are still ruining gameplay.

The constant churn through of couples means other NPC's don't turn up to use the objects. I get one or two who hang about, but the rest are churning couples. They come. They go. They come. They go. Over and over. Endlessly. Endlessly. Endlessly. 

Lovestruck couples should not be showing up at all. Having lovestruck couples showing up everywhere is one of the worst ideas ever. 

Going to a Maker Space was once one of my favorite Sim activities, now it's just annoying. It used to be a good place to work on skills and meet other Sims. Now it's just churn, churn, churn. 

If this is the best they can do, it's not good enough.

Get rid of the lovestruck couples. It's not cute. It's not amusing. It's just annoying.

Crossed fingers this does the trick!

Vendors will now be consistently available at stalls or selling tables at the marketplace in Evergreen Harbor. Vendors were not appearing at market tables after the community lot type changed.
