The bottom line is you cannot repeal Green Initiatives or Modern Development NAP's without related objects, terrain and decor getting stuck. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't fix this.

So, Eco Living is useful as a collection of BB objects plus 2 careers. It's gone from an EP to a Game Pack.
