[ECO] Modern Development not changing Evergreen Harbor

A nearby deco building

The wood flooring is missing from the ground floor and there's a missing window on the left bottom apartment

When a sim lives in one of the apartments the wallpaper on the outside of the apartment reverts back to what it was before the N.A.P. It happens to both apartments when they're occupied.

The missing window is caused because the walls are uneven on the bottom floor

So, I noticed that the Stonestreet Apartments after the N.A.P is set in place that it'll look normal with the correct flooring and wallpaper, but after a household occupies one of the apartments it will revert some of the wallpaper/flooring.  I also noticed that the walls on the bottom floor are incorrect. After the N.A.P one of the windows will be missing on the bottom floor. 

I tested this in a new save and it's still an issue.

Note: Not sure if this is an issue with old saves, but sometimes there will be random furniture on the empty bottom floor. I think it only shows up on the version before the N.A.P when you live in the neighborhood but not on this lot.
