[ECO] Repealed NAP still there although successful vote

IIRC = If I remember correctly.

Does it work if you cheat remove stuff ? What do you mean by the repeal went away ?

EDIT: Found this report from 5 years ago: [OPEN] [ECO] Repeal N.A.P.s doing nothing | EA Forums - 11519610 but OP sounds different (ignore the hunger part, seems they were reporting two different issues)

Went away as in action plan is not active anymore(correct result)

but the other plan that vas voted from npc did not go away, plan did not get deactivated(wrong)
