Does the game generate LE without MCCC?

Of course.
MCCC just makes them visible in the game. You can find them in the user folder.
Im not sure Im able to upload the LE report....
Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if a new LE gets created. If so, open the LE you can find in your documents folder with a text editor and copy/paste it to your post.
EDIT: Found another thread with the same LE in gameplay and merge this.
